天津滨海广播电视总台，俗称“滨海电视台”是在“天津滨海广播电视台”基础上，将原滨海电视台、塘沽广播电视台、汉沽广播电视台、大港广播电视台、天津港电视台以及天津电视台部分资源基础上成立的机构。
目前覆盖区域为滨海新区，2010年底实现全市覆盖。
滨海电视台下设以下频道：滨海新闻频道，滨海生活频道，滨海文艺频道，滨海影视频道，滨海卡通频道、滨海娱乐频道、滨海经济频道。
2008年7月，滨海新区工委批准开发区广电局更名为天津滨海新区广播电视局，泰达有线电视更名为滨海电视台。这是滨海新区促进综合配套改革试验区文化体制改革、推动新区广播电视事业产业繁荣发展的新举措。 伴随着泰达有线电视更名为滨海电视台，原有的2个自办频道和所有节目实现全面改版。原TEDAW-1改版为滨海新闻频道，原 TEDAW-2 改版为滨海生活频道。 滨海新闻频道主打栏目为《滨海新闻》和新闻性专题栏目《新商界》、《法在身边》、《滨海读报》、《滨海大讲堂》、《情暖滨海》等，紧密围绕中心工作，坚持正确舆论导向，搭建政府、企业和居民沟通桥梁，是宣传新区、了解新区的重要窗口。 滨海生活频道主打栏目为民生新闻节目《你我身边事》和生活资讯类节目《消费资讯》、《美好味来》等 , 关注滨海新区民生、民意、民情，及时传递新区衣食住行最新资讯，深入聚焦现代都市生活时尚，更有每日精彩影视剧，为滨海新区观众增添都市生活新乐趣。
