The goal of ACTV is to provide the citizens of Anderson County up-to date access to all that is going on in both Anderson County Government and Education. ACTV is an Educational/Government Channel (EG) and is governed as such by the FCC. ACTV is required to follow the rules outlined by the FCC for Education and Government stations.
