重庆广电纪实传媒有限公司是由重庆广播电视产业公司出资900万元、具有独立法人的有限责任公司。主要是以纪实性节目生产、制作、销售和对科教（纪实）频道的编播以及对新科教（纪实）频道的广告经营任务的公司。在重庆广播电视产业公司指导下，公司已经于已2007年11月初完成注册，其过程完成依据《公司法》有关规定和集团产业发展模式。
