永安电视台，1994年4月25日经国家广播电影电视部批准成立，同年9月12日试播，10月1日正式开播。1997年11月24日，经永安市编委批准，永安电视台与永安人民广播电台、永安有线广播电视台合并为永安市广播电视台，保留“永安电视台”呼号。2000年6月搬入新建成的广播电视中心，三台正式合并办公，现有正式员工70多人，拥有整套精良的技术设备和一支业务精干的专业队伍。
