Introduction to 绥化新闻综合频道
1971年建立了地区级的绥化电视调频转播台，1984年绥化电视调频转播台升格为电视台，1997年建立地区级绥化人民广播电台和绥化有线电视台，隶属绥化地区广播事业局，2010年3月按照黑龙江省文化体制改革的要求，实行局台分离，组建绥化广播电视台。
绥化广播电视台以科学发展观为指导，牢固树立“服务大局、服务公众”两大理念，积极践行“忠诚可靠、大气沉实、创新超越、团结图强”的新广电精神，加速提升“舆论引导、文化娱乐、产业发展”三种能力，积极走好“机制活台、质量立台、产业兴台、基础强台”四条路子，努力实现“让市委、市政府更加放心，让百姓更加满意，让员工更加体面”三项目标。
绥化广播电视台现有广播频率三个（综合广播频率、交通广播频率、评书广播频率），电视频道四个（新闻综合频道、公共频道、影视和生活频道），一个综合性期刊（绥化广播电视报现改版为《幸福周刊》），其中广播频率和电视频道均已实现网上直播 。有限覆盖绥化一区（北林区）、三市（肇东市、安达市、海伦市）、六县（庆安县、望奎县、绥棱县、青冈县、明水县、兰西县）可供580万人收看。
