Nemecký spolkový snem (nem. Deutscher Bundestag) je nemecký parlament, jeden z dvoch nemeckých zákonodarných orgánov, so sídlom v Berlíne.
Druhým ústavným orgánom podieľajúcim sa na legislatívnom procese je Spolková rada. Snem je volený priamou voľbou a v nemeckom politickom systéme to je jediný spolkový ústavný orgán s bezprostrednou demokratickou legitimitou.
Spolkový snem má minimálne 598 poslancov (oficiálne nazývaných Člen Nemeckého spolkového snemu, nemecky nem. Mitglied des Deutschen Bundestages, MdB) a jeho normálne funkčné obdobie trvá štyri roky.
Kvôli volebnému systému a existencii tzv. vyrovnávacích mandátov počet poslancov kolíše; v roku 2013 ich bolo 630,[2] v roku 2017 dokonca 709. V týchto voľbách uspela i krajne pravicová populistická Alternatíva pre Nemecko (AfD) s 94 mandátmi. Frauke Petryová, vtedajšia predsedníčka, však z klubu vystúpila a je vedená ako nezaradená.
