昆山电视台下设办公室、新闻一部、新闻二部、专题和活动部、技术和制作部、播出部、总编室、广告中心等八个部门。3月1日改版前，昆山电视台有新闻综合、社会生活、电视剧、电影、城市五个频道。主要栏目有《昆视新闻》、《新闻夜报》、《文化昆山》、《今晚20分》、《生活360》、《七彩阳光》、《好房好家》、《美食总动员》、《好车好生活》等。
