哈哈炫动卫视是上海广播电视台整合旗下原炫动卡通频道和原哈哈少儿频道打造的全新少儿频道。
上海广播电视台炫动卡通频道，是上海广播电视台下属的一个少儿卫星电视频道，是中国一家上星播出的省级少儿频道，开播于2004年12月26日。

上海广播电视台哈哈少儿频道，是上海广播电视台的一个电视频道，主要播出儿童节目，“哈哈”是该频道吉祥物的名字。前身是于2004年7月18日开播的上海东方电视台东方少儿频道，于2007年底从上海东方电视***立出来并改为现名。在频道成立初期曾有一段时间和尼克国际儿童频道合作，因此在两频道合作关系终止前，东方少儿频道也有“哈哈尼克”频道的说法。
2018年12月25日凌晨3点28分起，前炫动卡通卫视频道的画面比改为16:9 (包括台标和节目内容)，继湖南金鹰卡通卫视第二个播出画面改由16:9的卡通卫视。2019年1月1日起，该频道和哈哈少儿频道合并为全新的“哈哈炫动卫视”，同时启动高清化制播改造。两频道的合并体现了SMG“精办频道精办节目”的“改革决心”。
