A Haber ist ein türkischer privater Nachrichtensender mit Sitz in Beşiktaş in Istanbul. Er wird auf Türksat (42.0° Ost) ausgestrahlt.[1] Bekannt wurde der Sender in Deutschland durch seinen Bericht, der im Zuge der Böhmermann-Affäre Deutschland als diktatorisch und gegen die Pressefreiheit angehend darstellen sollte.
A Haber gehört wie der ebenfalls türkeiweite Sender ATV der zweitgrößten Mediengruppe der Türkei, zur Turkuvaz-AŞ. Diese wiederum gehört zur Çalık Holding von Ahmet Çalık.[2] Der leitende Chefredakteur des Senders ist Şefik Çalık.
