日前，按照重庆市文旅委《重庆市文化和旅游发展委员会关于规范县级广播电视频率频道设置的通知》中，县级融媒体中心最多只能开办一个电视频道和一个广播频率的要求，经请示区委宣传部同意，区融媒体中心拟于2021年3月1日0时关停大足文化频道，并更改“大足之声”广播呼号为“大足区综合广播”。
大足区是全国广播电视先进区，大足广播电视新闻中心（大足电视台）是大足地区的主要媒体。配备有价值三百多万的先进非线性编辑系统和BETACAM摄录编播系统。并利用开路信号和有线电视光纤网络两套系统进行全面覆盖。
