滨州电视台于 1988 年 5 月 1 日正式建成开播，十七年的沧桑耕耘、干事创业，从建台初期的 20 人、 3 台摄像机、一条编辑线、一座两层办公楼、一个 76 米的发射塔、播出一套周二节目，到 2004 年 12 月迁入新广电大厦，已发展到百余名职工，设备现代化的新闻、节目、专题、广告编辑制作中心，播控传输中心，多功能多媒体电视会场，四讯道电视现场直播车， 800 平方米智能化多功能一流的演播大厅，实现了技术设备的专业化、现代化，强化了电视节目的制作与传输水平。
