天良衛星電視台為一個24小時全天候播送的綜合性衛星廣播電視頻道。提供在地觀眾全方位的生活、休閒、娛樂和資訊為宗旨，透過節目和觀眾的互動，使觀眾更親近媒體，並且更貼近觀眾的生活和情感。
天良衛星電視台的節目也大量與在地民眾的生活脈動結合。我們將主持人和節目製作團隊拉到戶外，定期參與主辦各地方聯歡活動，讓觀眾與主持人面對面互動,拉近電視臺與在地觀眾的距離和情感。
天良衛星電視台也積極參與社會各項公益,以行動來表達回饋社會,關懷弱勢族群。除了以實際行動捐贈、關懷桃園安康、聖愛、仁友等十多家教養構的心智障礙院生。更於103年2月25日捐贈復康巴士2輛予新北市政府提供身心障礙的市民使用。呼籲更多企業響應把愛傳送到每個角落。
