仪征市广播电视台是仪征市委、市政府直属的正科级事业单位，下属仪征市广播电视微波站、仪征市广播电视服务中心、仪征有线电视台。
仪征市广播电视台的前身是成立于1956年6月的仪征县有线广播站，2015年1月台网分设，形成现在的发展新格局。现有职工151人，大专以上学历占90％以上，在职副高及以上职称12人。
把握时代新常态，传播新闻正能量，开创广电新局面。作为党和政府的喉舌和联系人民群众的桥梁，仪征市广播电视台忠实执行党和国家关于新闻宣传的方针、政策；积极服务全市中心工作、大局工作，深入宣传报道市委市政府在经济发展、城市建设、机关作风建设等方面的新政策，新举措，新成效；主动走基层，转作风，改文风，倾听民声，反映民意，纾解民困，努力营造团结、稳定、和谐的舆论氛围。
在全台上下的共同努力下，仪征市广播电视台得到了各级领导和社会各界的高度赞誉，近几年来先后16个年度获得仪征市文明单位及标兵文明单位，4次获得扬州市文明单位，2次获得江苏省文明单位，还先后获得全国百家先进局（台）、全国县级广播电视系统十佳电视台等荣誉称号，广播电视事业的科学健康发展，为全市经济社会发展发挥了积极的引导和促进作用。
