康巴卫视是继西藏、青海藏语卫视后，全国第三个藏语卫视，采用卫星、有线电视、无线发射等方式覆盖了川、甘、藏、青、滇，西部五省康巴藏区。康巴卫视全天播出24小时，设置了《康巴卫视新闻》、《快乐汉藏语》、《启米时间》、《向巴聊天》、《法制明镜》、《康巴欢乐汇》、《康巴剧场》、《天气预报》等各类新闻、专题文艺和影视剧栏目。
四川康巴藏语卫视频道是继西藏、青海藏语卫视频道之后，在藏区开通的第三个卫视频道。康巴卫视（藏、汉双语）重点覆盖四川、西藏、云南三省。辐射全国广大电视用户。
