青海卫视(QHTV)又称“青芒果”台，是于1997年1月1日上星，是青海省以及青藏高原上最重要的电视媒体之一。青海卫视立足青海，以青藏高原独有的生态和文化资源，打造自身地域品牌和文化个性，已成为以新闻节目为主，电视剧，文化节目为辅的全新频道，是了解青海，展示青藏高原经济发展的窗口。
2010年5月26日，青海卫视进行了全新的改版，并启动了多档节目，以全新的面貌在广大电视观众面前亮相。2014年5月10日，青海卫视华丽转身，以“QTV”之名强磅出击。2014年，青海卫视力争跳出浮躁综艺选秀的卫视怪圈，再度舍弃老牌选秀《花儿朵朵》，以轻综艺轻娱乐的生活节目为载体，打造“优质生活服务商”的概念，喊出“活，该精彩”的频道口号！连推《妈咪救兵》、《遥控星料理》、《一点不夸张》、《爸爸请回答》等五档生活服务类节目，欲打造第一生活频道。
