作为安徽电视台制播分离的试验田和安徽卫视王牌节目的孵化器，安徽综艺频道拥有四大亮点：一、四档全新综艺节目联袂出手， 《快乐无敌大PK》、《娱乐直通车》、《当红不让》、《全民大精彩》以最贴近观众的姿态将在黄金时间段震撼登场；二、明星云集，群星璀璨。1月1日开始，陈鲁豫的《爱传万家――说出你的故事》、李静的《非常静距离》等品牌综艺节目倾情放送，众多演艺、体育明星的精彩亮相将使频道星光熠熠；三、综艺频道集结了安徽电视台节目制作和频道运营的精英团队；四、纵贯线编排，大体量直播。节目采用纵贯线编排，四档自制节目无缝链接、环环相扣，每天150分钟直播节目、235分钟自制节目，成为安徽电视台地面直播时间最长，自制量最大的强大转播平台。
