中央电视台国防军事频道（频道呼号：CCTV-7，简称：央视国防军事频道），是以播出国防军事节目为主的电视频道，于1994年3月1日试播，1995年11月30日正式播出。 1994年3月1日，中央电视台少儿·军事·农业·科技频道进行试播。 1996年1月1日，中央电视台少儿·军事·农业·科技频道开播 ；2001年7月9日，改为少儿·军事·农业频道 ；2008年5月1日，中央电视台·少儿·军事·农业频道实现全国部分地区或山区的地面模拟电视覆盖，CCTV-7原闭路播出实现开路播出；2010年7月27日，改为军事·农业频道；2014年1月1日起，实现高标清同播；2019年8月1日起，CCTV-7国防军事频道取代现有的CCTV-7军事·农业频道，成为全新的“央视七套” 。
