荔浦有线电视台1994年9月21日， 广播电影电视部社会管理司同意荔浦县筹建有线电视台，呼号为“荔浦有线电视台”，试播期间呼号为“荔浦有线电视台（筹）”。该台在县有线电视站的基础上开始试播。
1996年， 荔浦有线电视台终端用户4800户，传送17套节目。自办1套节目，平均每周播出时间310小时，其中转播中央电视台节目96小时、广西电视台节目112小时、转播教育节目50小时(合共转播节目258小时)，占83.23%；自办节目52小时，占16.77%。自办节目时间中，新闻节目1小时30分钟，占2.89%；其他节目50小时30分，占97.11%。全年制作节目310小时。 荔浦有线电视台和荔浦县广播电视局是局台合一，1995年共有职工48人 (包括荔浦人民广播电台)，其中行政管理人员8人，占16.67%；编播人员15人，占31.25%；工程技术人员22人(包括技术工人11人)，占45.83%；其他人员3人，占6.25%。 台址:荔浦县荔城镇荔柳路52号。
