饶阳广播电视台1989年1月建台，发射频道19频道，频率519.25MHZ，节目覆盖周边衡水、沧州、保定三市七个县。
下设新闻部、专题部、广告文艺部、制作播出部，采编工作人员35人，目前开办《饶阳新闻》、《农村天地》、《小城视点》、《点播与欣赏》四个自办栏目。
饶阳广播电视台被中国电视艺术家协会中国视协农村电视委员会评为2002年度“千县工程”协作台先进单位。荣获首届河北省县（市）级电视台对农节目评选三等奖，多人多次荣获省、市好新闻评选各类奖项，连续七年被评为市级文明单位，被市局授予“工作实绩突出单位”，“行业管理先进单位”、“采用稿件先进单位”、“优秀广播电视节目评选先进单位”。被县委、县政府授予“先进党支部”、“支农先进单位”、“经济工作服务先进单位”、“计划生育宣传先进单位”、“支持城建工作先进单位”等荣誉称号。
